Capacity building is the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes, and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world.

The world keeps evolving and it is no news that for one to stay relevant, you’d need continuously build your capacity to fit into every space you find yourself in. Opportunities should never meet us unprepared. We must, as young women aim daily to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

Why Capacity Building?

1. To develop competency and skills.

2. To increase effectiveness and sustainability.

3. For efficient problem solving.

4. To remain relevant.

We should project our minds to build our capacities at all times as young women. You lose nothing from improving daily.
