Añuli sets the leadership and strategic direction in her role as the Executive Director. She has worked in Fortune 500 organisations across the globe, certified in Gender concepts and partners with NGOS, Funders and CSOs in the ongoing inclusion strategy for girls and young women of all abilities. A team player and believer in inclusivity, she believes in the synergy and energy of team work and collaboration, Añuli is committed to changing her corner of the globe, one young woman at a time.

ADETUTU OSHAGBAMI
Adetutu is a Financial Expert with several years of professional experiences in development, public and private sectors. With honors in Accounting, Special Executive Masters Programme (SEMP) degree in Business Management, and an ongoing Advanced Diploma in Accounting (ACCA), her experiences streams from providing professional finance services in human development, international banking, financial management and outdoor communication.
Adetutu is skilled at providing services in financial planning, financial viability analysis of projects, project financing, and cost-benefit analysis and investment appraisals for a major mixed use development. Her computer proficiencies span across the use of financial management softwares (Peach tree, quickbook and finacle) as well as Microsoft office suites (Excel and Word). She belongs to foremost accounting professional bodies at the national and global levels amongst which include the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) United Kingdom.
She is married with three lovely children. When not working, she loves to play mind development games (sudoku, word cookies, etc.)

BABAJIDE OSHIFUYE
Babajide Osifuye is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert with extensive experience in public health, organizational mapping, and knowledge management. Over the past decade, Babajide has contributed to impactful projects for reputable organizations, including the World Bank, National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA), and International Labour Organization (ILO).
