Young women go through a lot in our society today. Not just today, it has been so for ages. Although better now, women face a lot of biases.
Some of these biases have made some women build barriers around their lives. They’ve spelled out how they act, relate, and connect to the world.
The truth remains that artificial biases shouldn’t determine how we live our lives. Life is meant to be enjoyed and maximized for more significant opportunities.
The big question now is, how do we break these biases? More significant than sitting down and not doing anything. We need to do more research and more sensitization. A lot needs to be set in motion to achieve this change.
In this light, we want to remind you of our workshop holding on the 20th of April 2022. We will be talking about career barriers against young women in Nigeria.
