We kickstarted a project in May with the support of the Nigerian Women Trust Fund to check the:
PREVALENCE AND DIMENSIONS OF GENDER-BASED BARRIERS MILITATING AGAINST YOUNG WOMEN’S CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN NASARAWA STATE.
After the first phase, a validation meeting was held on the 17th of August 2023 and our researcher, Dr. Obianuju Nnadozie expounded on the findings from the research.
We engaged 25 women in Lafia and 25 women in Keffi area of Nasarawa state. It is interesting to know that Gender barriers is still a thing in Nigeria and must be addressed moving forward.
